Beautification of landscape – small town villages vibrant

The landscape of a Indian city or even a small village can attract lot of domestic and international tourists. I have explored 14 states in India, and if you love scenic landscapes, you end up
going there again. Beautification of city, makes them more vibrant.
It could be adding few street furniture design on gardens or bus shelters, a water fountain near city center and malls.

I use my mediums, to determine vibes of any location, and whether
it could attract lot of foot traffic. Artificial waterfalls, man made ponds, lakes and even clone of a beach resort, say for 6 cents of land is possible. People love to hangout at such places, and it brings instant relaxation and happiness. During rainy season/monsoon, we cannot explore beaches, waterfalls, rivers, lakes and trek wildlife areas. So it created a favorite hangout for many tourists and locals, and even international visitors. Some international visitors are more nature obsessed, if in a secure environment, no enroachment of wildlife and humans.

Controlled environment of landscape:
This work year around, with no disruptions 365/24/7. Some zones in India, look very beautiful, but road access to them may be disrupted due to heavy rainfall, floods, landslides and other nature fury. Consistency is very important. We don’t need flashy
cities with billboards, LED displays.
We just need to simulate natural environments for people to relax. Beaches, rivers and waterfalls can cause accidents like drowning, encounter with wildlife and human enroachment like coming in contact with shady or hostile people, which is far away from city and in remote setting. So we can simulate or design man made waterfalls, man made ponds, lakes, simulate snowfall, a big green lawn with big trees, small beautiful bridges, watersports in controlled environment and even design exotic beach resort, say for 3 to 5 acres of land is possible. Camping in India in designated spots is possible, without disrupting wildlife and local population. (In controlled environment)

I personally have seen European style, castle like homes in India.
Feel like heaven, lot of privacy say 100 meters, a stream of water and lakes. Early morning the views are nostalgic and cloudy day is good for photography and monsoon. Castle homes can be used for photoshoots/videoshoots, special occasions like wedding, group tours and joint family tours. I stayed one near Himachal Pradesh and the views are stunning.

Detecting scenic landscapes: Using mediums cakewalk
So whenever, I go to scenic places in past, I used to search for ponds, waterfalls, lakes. Beaches and river side views during evening in big cities, many come there to relax. I use to explore, secret and hidden offbeat locations using mediums. It just takes me few seconds, just by using maps or remote sensing. Pine and oak trees, greenery, abandoned homes all I use to explore using mediums and go there.

Beautification of a city/ village:
I have visited few remote villages in India, and its homes look like European style castle homes, with 3 storey house, with different stones elevation on front, side elevation of both sides, all stones used are different + a water stream, a small 1 meter diamter water fountain and even a small pond in garden. The views are beautiful.

In Goa, during my 26 months stay there, lot of houses have beautiful unique gardens, some with bouganville flowers, few meters tall on side of house, covering a large portion, which acts like privacy blinds and fencing. Entire front door covered with flowers of similar species. The architecture is different. Some airbnbs there have a private garden, which you can access for photoshoot/videoshoot, if you book a room there. Budget and cheap, less than $15 a day. So that airbnb attracts lot of international tourists, with less than 10 rooms. I stayed for 10 days, in that airbnb due do its houses nearby have beautiful gardens and looks beautiful during monsoons.

Parks and common garden are also beautiful with street furniture.
So these small changes, can attract lot of tourists. Even small city in Kullu/manali and Kasol areas I have explored. Lot of natural beauty, stunning riverside views in restaurants, camping and nightlife, trekking activities all happen there.

Most of the foreign countries, have open spaces in green grass, on both sides of the road. So they don’t need to clean the road, because dust is not visible. Demand for urban green spaces are important in Indian cities, which controls pollution, gives stunning views during early morning and monsoon and private space.
It also attracts lot of birds and animals. I have personally created artificial small ponds for birds and animals. I suggest others to do the same, so other animals can quench their thirst and bath and cool themselves at 40’c or heatwaves.

In my house and property, I always try to beautify them outdoors and elevation by adding new furniture, lot of plants and garden which waters well during monsoon. Make sure your location is photogenic, if listed in airbnb it arracts lot of visitors.
We also need a 3 to 5 acre, greenery or well mowed lawn + lot of different trees in side, an artificial waterfall, big water fountains, small man made ponds and lakes. It could be used for photoshoots, videoshoots, films, boost tourism and entry fees can be used as new revenue. Many people in India, go to European countries to get those nature views. I found a similar landscape in Himachal pradesh, but its field of depth is low. Pine and oak trees I have seen there.

In India, on December- january we get snowfall in Himachal pradesh and Uttarakhand. The depth of snow to ground, makes it looks like some foreign country and stunning views. Good for photoshoots and cinematography.

Beautification of Indian landscape:
India has lot of natural beauty and resources. We have hill stations, beaches, snowfall zones, green zones with water streams, desert and water bodies. It could be enhanced by wide roads for access to acess them, encouraging local people to construct houses of different countries interior design like Japan, European style, Castles, which will attract lot of tourists, both domestic and international. I personally was impressed about a airbnb in manali. Instead of hotel, I used a 2bhk house for vacation stay, we buy only grocery and cook own food. It included a kitchen unit. Both bedrooms interior was spacious and outside hill station view was stunning. Instead of staying in hotels and resorts, families are looking for unique experiences and such memories last longer. The result is tourist longer stays, they do come back later and even refer to their social circle by word of mouth.

So, goverment should encourage such unique houses construction by reducing taxes or discounts during registration/stamp duty process.
The architect of house, should look like South East Asian and European foreign countries, exterior elevation, a garden, green lawn, outdoor furniture and fountains + Bouganville like flowers which have many varieties.Depending upon financial capacity of house owner, they can add more vibrant and unique home decor to house. Such houses can be used in future for airbnbs and even 4bhk houses in India, looks like a resort. Unique experiences with friendly host, local tour of city tour, markets, local food tour, good hospitality, these tourists will come back again like Kasol in HP.

Even small villages in HP like Kasol is more vibrant, due to its natural beauty, nightlife and stunning restaurant views. I personally have planted lot of mango trees on my property, farms, on side of roads. It provides lot of shade and shelter.

In India, there are some zones, where the afternoon temperature was 40c and just 2 meters below shade of mango tree is 33c. Thats a 7c, instant temperature drop during heatwaves.
